This role is part of ONEHealth Communications, a subsidiary of M3 Inc., which is a specialist Healthcare Communications agency working in partnership with our clients to deliver end-to-end Media and Content services. This is supported by Data4NHS, providing one of the largest GDPR compliant email databases of Healthcare Professionals (HCP) in the UK.​

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a hardworking, self-motivated and confident person with a strong academic background to join our data4NHS team. The ideal candidate will be multi-skilled, possess the ability to work well under pressure and be confident communicating externally and internally with team members and management.

The role will be two-fold. Firstly, assisting the internal team on all the commercial tasks related to the database from admin duties to calls. Secondly to attend UK based events with the objective of increasing the amount of Healthcare Professionals on the Data4NHS platform.

  • Must be able to demonstrate strong computer literacy skills
  • A highly organised self-starter who is analytical, with a high attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to self-manage
  • Confident in approaching senior personnel in a face2face environment and over the phone and should have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to work co-operatively with other members of the Data Team

Qualifications

  • Proficient with CRM and Database systems a bonus
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Have experience in face2face/telephone within a marketing, customer service or promotional setting
  • Must be able to prioritise/organise workflow
  • Must be able to work co-operatively with other members of the Data Team
  • Must be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to multi-task
  • Must be able to demonstrate strong computer literacy skills
