Job Description
The Patient Project Assistant supports the Project Managers in developing and executing recruitment initiatives for M3 Market Research for patient studies, ensuring their successful delivery within the provided timelines.
- Have an excellent understanding of patient recruitment methods and processes to ensure they are being appropriately applied to projects for the German market.
- Execute recruitment methods for patient projects for Germany (email campaigns, text messages campaign, custom recruitment).
- Contact and secure partnership with associations and support groups in Germany.
- Support the Patient Community Specialist with panel building for custom Patient Communities.
- Proactively seek, design, and implement custom recruitment strategies for German patient projects.
Oversee all administrative tasks before qualitative interviews (scheduling, proof of condition, consent forms).
Qualifications
- Degree level or equivalent.
- Fluent in German and in English – an additional language would be a plus.
- Proficient at Excel.
- Strong time management skills, with a problem-solving, ‘can do’ approach and attitude.
- Enjoy working with and comfortable with large amounts of data.
- Highly organised and attentive to details.
- Knowledge of the Healthcare market preferable.
Be able to work as part of a team and show flexibility in the tasks they are asked to perform.
