Job Description
The Panel Engagement Strategist is responsible for delivering marketing campaigns designed to improve panel size, engagement and retention across all centralised panels and key markets, ensuring alignment with the organization's multiple brand guidelines and objectives. This role will work to consistently articulate and communicate the company’s and panel department’s marketing strategy, focusing on maintaining the quality of all centralised panel brands, and build strong relationships with the panel members through timely and professional communication and customer service.
Working hours will be 6.30am - 3.00pm Brazil time.
Including, but not limited to the following:
- Work closely with the Panel Engagement Team Lead to deliver the M3 panel’s strategic panel size, engagement and retention goals for all centralised panel brands and key markets.
- Provide support and cover for Panel Engagement Team Lead including but not limited to organisation of workload & campaigns, lead meetings & reports coordination.
- Owning defined Panel Engagement initiatives and working effectively with the Panel Engagement Assistants and Analysts on these initiatives to ensure on time delivery.
- Contribute when necessary to content creation and copywriting across all panel member touchpoints including email, blog, company website, and print collateral.
- Ensure that all centralised panel brands branding, editorial, and marketing guidelines are followed across all email campaigns, working closely with the Design & Content teams to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
- Responsible for the ongoing evaluation and analysis of live campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for optimisation across all centralised panel brands.
- Ensure deadlines are met, working within agreed timelines for all panel engagement and retention activities.
- Collaborate effectively with all Panel functions and team as required to ensure Global Panel goals are delivered.
- Provide high quality user experience to panel members, ensuring high quality campaigns are delivered and mistakes minimised.
- Respond to enquiries in appropriate language, within agreed timelines, and following M3 processes.
Qualifications

- Experience with SaaS marketing platforms and adaptable email marketing campaigns.
- Email marketing experience preferred

Education and Training Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or any other relevant field.
- Fluent English speaker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and demonstrable knowledge of English grammar.
- Second language proficiency preferred, but not required.
Minimum Experience:
3+ years of experience in B2C marketing
Knowledge, Skill, Ability:
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Data Collection & Analysis.
- Member database management.
- Email marketing and automation workflows.
- Interest in, or previous experience of marketing in the healthcare space is desirable.
- Ability to effectively brief the in-house designer is important.
