This role is part of ONEHealth Communications, a subsidiary of M3 Inc., which is a specialist Healthcare Communications agency working in partnership with our clients to deliver end-to-end Marketing services. This is supported by Data4NHS, providing one of the largest GDPR compliant email databases of Healthcare Professionals (HCP) in the UK.
Job Description
We are searching for an Account Manager, who will be responsible for managing marketing projects across multiple client accounts and maintaining these relationships. Reporting directly to the Account Director, for a select group of clients you will be the senior point of contact. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all projects from commencement to completion and will co-ordinate the resources needed to service projects, balancing client expectations against realistic turnaround times within the agency.
You may sometimes be expected to help plan campaigns and provide input into clients’ business objectives and strategic and tactical operations, in essence becoming a valuable if not indispensable member of the marketing team for the client. At the same time, you will be responsible for successfully developing business and growth within your accounts.
Responsibilities
- A pivotal, lead role in the agency team delivering campaigns for healthcare clients
- Ownership of key accounts, liaising with clients at a senior level on a day-to-day basis, completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
- Internal and external client account reporting and monitoring
- Understand clients’ business sectors and closely monitor competitors
- Managing and contributing to the creative and design led projects within the client accounts
- Manage Veeva PromoMats approval process where appropriate on behalf of clients
- Promoting the expansion of business with new and existing clients, including supporting the Account Director with the preparation and delivery of new business presentations
Qualifications
- Experience in a healthcare marketing agency delivering multi-channel, digital communication solutions
- A creative and analytical mind, with a proven ability to interpret large amounts of information
- Proactive and highly organised, with excellent project management skills and a proven ability to multi-task
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with pharma approval software systems desired (Veeva PromoMats)
- Ability to work both on own initiative and as part of a team
- High level customer relationship management skills with a proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
- Working knowledge of the ABPI code of conduct is desired
