Here at M3, a data driven organisation, we strive for data to form the backbone of our business strategy. With that in mind we are expanding our renowned data team to include you, an upcoming data enthusiastic analyst. This exciting opportunity for you to work with big data in the healthcare market cannot be missed. In this role you will report directly into the lead data scientist and deliver value to the company by supporting the reporting and analytics needs of the business.

The successful candidate will work closely with the data engineering and data science team members where you will gain valuable experience across the full breadth of the data function. This will provide the successful candidate an amazing opportunity to develop and grow their skillset.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the maintenance of the data warehouse
  • Develop and implement data algorithms
  • Set up and maintain automated data processes
  • Perform project-based data analysis
  • Analyse and interpret qualitative and quantitative data with mathematical/statistical models
  • Deliver data reports and key business information

This is not an exhaustive list of duties. The performance of different tasks as necessitated by the changing role within the organisation and the overall business objectives of the organisation is expected.



  • Graduate with Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or technical background
  • Good understanding of mathematical/statistical theories and methodology.
  • Solid understanding of relational/columnar database theory
  • Solid experience with Database technology (MS SQL, MySQL, Postgres)
  • Good understanding of one-or-more data related programming language (R, Python)
  • Experience in Data Visualization and Communication
  • Ability to work independently and in a small team and across multi-disciplinary teams
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Highly organised with a great eye for detail
  • Passionate about data


  • Experience of BI tools such as, Qlik, SSRS . SSIS, Informatica , Snaplogic  etc.
  • Experience of Analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Matomo etc.
