Due to our continued growth, we are hiring for a Managing Director to join iDoctus, an M3 company.

About the Business Division:
iDoctus is part of the M3 group, we are a young company with a start-up mindset and a powerful team of highly motivated, highly skilled professionals. All of us are dedicated to make our medical apps a revolution in the digital health space, in Spain, LatAm and beyond. We have developed the leading medical app in the region, with the best app rating in the app stores, and more than 500,000 healthcare professional users across 19 countries. Our app saves real lives, and that is our main motivation. We do everything it takes to improve the everyday medical practices of our doctors.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine the value proposition of iDoctus services as a valid alternative to traditional communication channels, and position iDoctus as the strategic partner for pharma brand teams on digital communications. iDoctus has already established itself as a trusted information source among physicians. The incoming Managing Director will strengthen its position and value toward pharmaceutical sponsors.
- Take the leadership to convince and persuade the pharmaceutical brand customers to enhance their physician communications with advanced digital channels.
- Collaborate with M3 Group companies to expand and deepen iDoctus solutions within Spain and LatAm,
- Collaborate with M3 Group companies and seek opportunities to expand iDoctus service to outside of its current regions.
- Lead all functions of the company, including sales, client service, product development, membership management, and marketing.
- Continue to enhance iDoctus mobile app’s value for physician users.
- Explore additional revenue streams using iDoctus assets, potentially with external partners Support to other M3 Group companies with initiatives relating to iDoctus: e.g. product development for CDS apps, global commercial opportunities, etc.
- Works with the board of directors and other executives to establish short-term objectives and long-range goals, and related plans and policies.
- Responsible for overall P&L. develop budget, review financials monthly and ensure the company will deliver above the set budgeted targets.
- Ensures the company's compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards.
- Develop network in the industry and identify business opportunities for further growth, including commercial partnerships and potential acquisitions.
Qualifications
- Bilingual and able to fluently speak Spanish and English
- Strong sales leadership and experience in consultative sales and revenue generation.
- Experience with Pharmaceutical brand management acting as a brand manager or providing marketing solutions to brand items.
- Ability to understand pharmaceutical market, develop brand strategies, and advise on digital marketing approaches.
- Experience managing commercial teams including sales, client service, and client marketing.
- Experience preferred with P&L responsibility including accounting, HR, IT, product/engineering.
- Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices
