Due to our continued growth, we are hiring a Sales Associate (LATAM) to join iDoctus, an M3 company.

Job Description

To capture growth opportunities and reinforce our commercial team in LatAm, we are looking to incorporate a new remote sales person, developing client relationships with LatAm clients remotely from Spain. The sales person will be based in our offices in Madrid, with hybrid office/remote work and working with a LatAm commercial schedule.


  • Manage the sales process end-to-end: from generating B2B account contacts, to selling digital marketing campaigns to pharma brand managers, being on top of execution issues and communicating campaign key performance indicators to clients.
  • Integral part of the iDoctus Commercial (Sales) team, based in Madrid, with responsibility over a portfolio of established and potential clients in LatAm.
  • Work closely with other members of the LatAm commercial team, including Sales Development Representatives to pursue sales qualified leads and Key Account Managers to ensure successful delivery of client campaigns, correct and timely billing and payment of client campaigns and ultimately, renewals and growth within each client.
  • Develop client relationships, understand client needs and value, attend calls/meetings, develop proposals, and, in general, close client sales to fulfill the yearly sales objective.
  • Develop account plans for key clients.
  • Be proactive and focused on closing client contracts.
  • Understand pharmaceutical companies’ needs and modus operandi.
  • In cooperation with the Commercial Director, develop consultative sales skills and commercial materials to prove how iDoctus promotional and educational campaigns can help clients achieve their objectives and ROI.
  • Develop and monitor commercial opportunity pipeline.
  • Continuously update client contact details, activity, campaign proposal pipeline and forecasts in iDoctus Hubspot CRM.


  • Strong B2B sales skills, ideally with experience in consultative sales.
  • University degree, ideally in life sciences or in marketing/communications disciplines.
  • Experience selling and delivering multi-channel communication solutions, either in a healthcare agency or in other service provider to the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry.
  • Ability to work remotely, using electronic communications platforms (Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, Zoom) to develop remote client relationships.
  • Ideally, proven experience in remote sales.
  • Flexible work schedule, responsible for commercial activity in LatAm working hours.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent Powerpoint and Excel skills.
  • Proactive and highly organized, with good project management skills and a proven ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work both on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Ideally, with established relationships in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry.
