This role is part of QQFS, a Gothenburg based fieldwork agency and a wholly owned subsidiary of M3 Inc. QQFS is a leading provider of data-collection services for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. We specialize in conducting both qualitative and quantitative market research in The Nordics and Benelux regions, in addition to Austria and Switzerland.
Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Manager to shape our sales team and scale revenue to the next level. The Sales Manager will be responsible architecting a sales strategy and mentoring a team of Account Executives, account Manager and Client Service Directors across international Market Research sales. Ensure the QQFS sales team are hitting their goals by going on client visits, participating on client facing phone calls as necessary, supporting account planning, driving innovative and dynamic solutions to generate new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate should be driven by their own and their team’s success, be an effective communicator and manager, and have sales records and experiences.
- Support the team to achieve their own personal revenue quotas in retaining and growing our key accounts by developing creative new approaches to expand and enhance product and service offerings
- Monitor and maintain all sales KPIs on the various bidding and behavioral metrics we have in place to ensure optimized performance and balanced workloads, ensuring all team members are fully productive working against clear goals, monitored on a quarterly basis.
- Accompany sales team on sales calls in person and, on the phone.
- Contribute with creative and innovative ideas and strategies for success of the company.
- Utilize account data to create strategies and develop plans that are executed and reviewed on an ongoing basis to grow the business.
- Be visible and active with all key accounts within the Sales Team, building strong relationships with main contacts.
- Handles objections well and can effectively position the QQFS offering and brand to prospective clients. Able to consultatively and actively listens to the needs and objectives of prospective clients throughout the sales cycle. Able to succinctly and clearly deliver the QQFS elevator pitch.
- Keeps informed as to industry updates and networks effectively. Understands competitors on each of our key accounts and develops strategies to not just maintain but grow our market share.
- Create, implement, and monitor strategic marketing and account plans that are multi-departmental where necessary to maximize revenue return from our clients and ensure the full product suite is sold.
- Achieve all team financial goals, delivering as a minimum on target revenue profit per quarter.
- Create a vibrant, competitive, and supportive business development culture within the team where all team members focus on account growth and prospecting.
- Build close working partnerships with other departments to ensure that client servicing from quoting to invoicing is seamless and of the highest possible standards.
- Pro-actively suggest and implement new solutions and developments in conjunction with other department heads that will aid project efficiencies and result in an ever- increasing level of quality to our clients.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure all aspects of this area are world leading, creating the correct industry branding message, in addition to ensuring all conference materials are of the requisite standard.
Qualifications
- Experience of managing a sales team within a fast-moving sales environment.
- Experience with CMR sales tool.
- Proven ability to mentor and improve sales staff.
- Ideally knowledge and insight of the healthcare market within market research .
- Excellent at establishing and managing relationships with clients, vendors, and co-workers.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in resolving issues, brainstorming, and problem solving.
- Strong self-discipline & organizational habits.
- Team player.

- 25 days Annual leave entitlement
- You will be eligible to participate in the quarterly bonus scheme upon completion of your probationary period. This will be paid quarterly once probation has been passed.
