(Senior) Account Executive

Job Description

Overall Job Responsibility:

  1. Manage and maintain relationships with Company’s key accounts.
  2. Serve as a liaison between Clients and the Company
  3. Ensure projects meet client expectations and are delivered on time, and within budget.

Main Duties:

  1. Operate as the point of contact for assigned Clients
  2. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with assigned accounts, ensuring risks which could affect the clinician time to hire are reduced
  3. Forecast and track client account progress.
  4. Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client expectations, whilst meeting company goals.
  5. Identify growth opportunities with existing and new clients
  6. Regularly communicate with wider Remedium team on account expectations
  7. Attend weekly Client site meetings and meet clinicians at their Trust, providing them with a premium service
  8. Provide remote assistance to assigned accounts as an escalation point
  9. Identify key decision makers or executive sponsor at assigned accounts
  10. Supplement care and transition support to ensure continuity of service for account management clients
  11. Document all department activities via the Company’s software, in a timely and accurate manner for monthly analysis.
  12. Champion the Remedium Values
  13. Actively support company policies and procedures and effectively communicate them to the team.
  14. Respond in a timely manner to issues and concerns raised by the Clients with a friendly and professional approach and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
  15. Ensure operational procedures are in place and being followed by all team members.
  16. Develop and maintain positive relationships with peers and competitors.
  17. Complete all weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on accounts, individual, segment and tier production.
  18. Complete the Company’s personal development review as required
  19. Present monthly status reports to the CEO.
  20. Liaise with clients during international projects
  21. Produce Gant charts to illustrate timelines for projects and logistical arrangements
  22. Provide monthly MI for clients.
  23. Facilitate onboarding of candidates.
  24. Maintain a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
  25. As and when required – travel to India to deliver on recruitment projects.


  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Organised and has some level of project management experience
  • Understanding and knowledge of the NHS
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • MS excel.
  • Self-Motivated
