About the Business Division:

Overall Job Responsibility:

  1. To assist our Remedium Partners with finding excellent nurses to staff the NHS on a permanent basis.
  2. Attract candidates from overseas, screen them, and match them to appropriate positions.
  3. Create recruiting strategies and build relationships.


  • Develop logistics and methodologies for nurse recruiter functions.
  • Identify, screen and hire nursing talent for hospital clients.
  • Complete pre-selection screening processes and document.
  • Perform background checks on nursing candidates.
  • Maintain a database of new nursing talent with referrals.
  • Conduct campus recruitment drives to hire prospective nurses.
  • Resolve and troubleshoot problems arising in recruiting and hiring nurses.
  • Communicate potential list of nursing candidates to hospitals and healthcare settings.
  • Attend, conduct and organise projects, recruitment events and job fairs.
  • Promote employment opportunities in nursing profession through recruitment drives.
  • Champion the Remedium values.
  • Complete the Company’s performance development review as required.
  • (For Senior postholder – mentor and manage a team of Consultants).


  • Strong knowledge of Nursing recruitment market.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong candidate resourcing and management skills.

  • Have good organisational and administrative skills.
  • Be able to cope with pressure and a fast-paced environment.

  • Have a great attention to detail.
  • Degree in human resources, psychology or a healthcare is advantageous .
  • For senior role – experience of managing a team would be advantageous.
