Due to our continued growth, we are hiring for a Senior Product Manager to join RotaMaster, an M3 company.

About the Business Unit:

RotaMaster, is a subsidiary of M3 Inc., which has been providing online workforce management tools to health & care organisations since 1999.  We’re always growing our product offering and moving into new markets and have two core products on the market – RotaMaster and Rotify.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our growing Product team. The Senior Product Manager will play a key role as we redesign existing products to ensure they are still the best on the market.

 

Job Description

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Capture and analyse a wide range of data, including product metrics, market trends and competitor analysis
  • Translate the product strategy and roadmap into project plans, epics and user stories.
  • Share the product strategy with internal stakeholders and ensure it aligns with business objectives
  • Collaborate with other Product Managers to contribute to our culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning
  • Work with various internal stakeholders to ensure projects are prioritised correctly and both internal and external requirements are met    
  • Work closely with the Development team to ensure backlog items are refined and developed appropriately and delivered in good time, and that align with the roadmap. 
  • Run Focus Groups with our userbase to ensure we understand our user’s requirements and pain points and develop solutions that address these requirements.
  • Collaborate with the UX team to create solutions that resolve our customers problems and improve our products.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (ideally 4+ years) in product management
  • Proven experience of mentoring/leading junior members of the team
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies
  • Good communicator
