About the Business Unit:
This role is part of EKAS Market Research, an Australian based fieldwork agency and a wholly owned subsidiary of M3 Inc. EKAS is a leading provider of data-collection services for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. We specialise in conducting both qualitative and quantitative market research in Australia and New Zealand. Servicing the Market Research Industry since 1971, EKAS is Australia’s largest and most experienced fieldwork and data analysis agency.
With our office in Sydney, we are in the heart of Australian Market Research. Our building is known to many Sydneysiders who come visit our onsite purpose-built research rooms and sensory testing facilities. All telephone recruiting and interviewing is also done onsite.
Job Description
EKAS is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Market Research team. The Project Manager will be required to manage the operational aspects of a project to ensure all projects successfully complete on time and within budget, while meeting and exceeding client expectations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Including, but not limited to the following:
- Manage Projects: Setup, scripting and testing of surveys, preparing updates for clients, project troubleshooting, desk research, processing invoices and incentives, etc.
- This position is also responsible for ensuring cost effectiveness, quality control and promoting business development.
- Checking deliverables such as data files, transcripts, etc.
- Ensure project is delivered in accordance with the specifications given by the client
- Manage recruitment team
- Liaising with clients, advising on screener and target market, etc.
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Work cooperatively with others
- Comply with all company policies and procedures ie; (ISO 20252, ISO 26362, Privacy, the AMSRS Code of Professional Behaviour) and any other compliance system policies.
- Communicate (verbally and written) in a timely fashion with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Market Research experience preferred
- Exceptional time management, organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong skillset with Microsoft Office products
- Self-motivated and able to (re)prioritise tasks throughout the workday
- Effective and appropriate communication with internal, external and stakeholders
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills preferred
